Through his blog, Michael Dallaire talk about sport in the media and how it has change over the years. He looks into how certain players and women are treated by the sport industry, and he also provided information on how players wages should be distributed among essential workers, especially in these uncertain times. Current Event II – The Story of Amy "Dolly" Everett

At 14, I remember enjoying my first year of high school in a new country, having the ability to learn a new language and wondering for the first time around a metropolis I never been. As a matter of fact, most 14 years old, kind have the same adventures.   Some hangout with their friends, some have fun with their families and some of them think about what club they wish to join at school. However, that is not case for 14 years old Amy “Dolly” Everett, who killed herself due to been cyberbullied by a unknow group of people over the internet. According to the Independent , Dolly father explain to Harriet Agerholm, that her daughter was constantly cyberbully and tormented, and one day she decided to end it all. Moreover, in a Facebook post, Dolly father stated that things have never been the same and that those who have hurt their little girl are welcome to the funeral to witness the destruction they have left to their family. My View

G rowing up I was too a victim of bulling. However, when I was bullied, things were much different. Back then, I knew the people who were bulling me, todays it’s hard to know who the bullies are. Overnight, things change, our world has gone digital and ever since so has bulling. Today traditional or face to face bulling has taken a new name, cyberbullying.  Cyberbullying as I mentioned in my previous posts is a form of constant harassment and torture over the internet and social media. The victims are constantly harassed, made fun of, excluded, fat shamed and so much more.  Usually, the victims never know who the person behind the screen is because it has become easier to be anonymous.  Due to the constant abuse over the internet, children develop eating disorder, depression and anxiety. But what is even more painful, is to witness or hear stories of children who have self-harm themselves or taken their own lives in order to end such a suffering. According to Me...
